An hour class targeting both your ass and abs with an aerobic warm-up followed by conditioning work. Great for toning up and getting that peachy beach bum! 

• Classes run on Thursday from 11.30 till 12.30AM
• Location of the classes is at the Jac Jossa Academy in Bexleyheath
• The Address is 4-12 Pickford Lane, 1st Floor (above the Co-op) Bexleyheath DA7 4QW
• Parking is available in the streets around the Academy
• This class is for Adults
• Autumn 2019 Term Time will run from 19 September till 24 October and will include 6 lesson
