Weekly we will be exploring flexibility, strength and stability from corner, centre and barre work.

Students will learn correct postures, terminology and ballet technique.

Your child will gain body awareness, coordination and flexibility.

In the first term, we will concentrate on going back to basics whilst learning the fundamental techniques of what is required in ballet.

We will do free work, plus work with the I.D.T.A syllabus with the focus on posture and alignment

Classes run on a Wednesday afternoon from from 4PM till 5PM
Location of the classes is at the Jac Jossa Academy in Bexleyheath
The Address is 4-12 Pickford Lane, 1st Floor (above the Co-op) Bexleyheath DA7 4QW
Parking is available in the streets around the Academy
Dress code: black leotard, tights, pumps, hair in bun
This class is for children in the age group 5-7
For younger/older children please book the appropriate class (see table below)
Autumn 2019 Term Time will run from 14 September till 7 December and will include 12 lessons
Half Term is from 21st of October – 27th of October. Please note there will be NO lessons that week!
