An all abilities dance based fitness class to a variety of music from all eras. This class is cardiovascular focused and can be achieved by any fitness level. 

• Classes run on Monday from 11.30 till 12.30AM
• Location of the classes is at the Jac Jossa Academy in Bexleyheath
• The Address is 4-12 Pickford Lane, 1st Floor (above the Co-op) Bexleyheath DA7 4QW
• Parking is available in the streets around the Academy
• This class is for Adults
• Autumn 2019 Term Time will run from 16 September till 21 October and will include 6 lesson
